After applying Old Fashion Milk Paint (which creates a rough surface) it is buffed down with fine steelwool and coated with Danish oil.
When dried a paste wax is applied. This creates a nice even smooth finish. I can antique the painted surface on request. However, no chemical or mechical processes can reproduce the effects of time. Due to the one of a kind quality of this medium, I can not guarantee consistent results.
