Information on Ordering
My spice boxes and other creations are generally a "one of a kind". I do not keep an extensive stock of these items on hand but rather make them to order. However, I have been know to keep a couple on hand for the individual that wants one immediately.
These boxes are made completely by me (except for the hardware which is from Ball and Ball of Exton, PA). I use first quality materials from Pennsylvania, and the United States of America not imports from overseas.
I can build a spice box to meet your design specifications from a photograph or other rendering. I charge 25% of the total estimate up front, this is to help me pay for the wood, hardware and other materials. I have a standard contract that we both agree upon the particulars and the outcome. I will mail or fax a sample contract for your perusal, as always there is NO obligation. I NEVER USE PRESSURE TACTICS TO MAKE A SALE!

I make ever effort to get your spice box finished as soon as I can. This depends on the time of year and previous workload. It generally takes 4 to 6 weeks.

Shipping & Insurance
Customer pays ACTUAL cost of Federal Express shipping and Insurance (I will ship anywhere in the world that the US Department of Justice will allow).
I always insure the package at its full value.
I have the professionals at Mailboxes Etc. pack my spice boxes. All other items, I pack myself unless directed otherwise by you.
